We are a custom training provider and are pleased to work with businesses to assure the training fits the participants schedule and each participant can obtain an OSHA Certification upon successful completion. 

Our trainer, Paul Sorocco, Motive Solutions, is a certified OSHA Safety Instructor.

The training consists of:

• Individual 4-hour OSHA certification courses for forklift

• Type 3 Aerial Lifts: Group A (scissor lift), Group B (Boom Lift). 

Forklift and Telehandler classes are typically 3.5-4 hours depending on the number of participants in the training. That consists of approximately 2-2.5 hours of class time wherein our safety instructor works with the participants teaching the material, then watch a video and take an evaluation test to ensure a proper understanding of the information. 

Following that, participants learn how to perform pre-shift inspections, and each participant takes turns operating the equipment. Everyone that passes the evaluation will receive their certification cards in the mail within 1-2 business days, along with office copies of evaluations and personnel records – Motive Solutions also keeps everything on file in their database for your records.

Aerial Lift classes are very similar in terms of class time and hands-on training. We offer Boom and Scissor Lift classes and Forklift and Telehandler classes. All certifications are valid for 3 years.

There are two options for training:

1. If the business has its own equipment that the Trainer will use or

2. If Tandem needs to rent appropriate equipment for on site training
