Concrete skills, applicable to our work

The training on Monday with Traci was very successful. The staff were engaged and participated fully in activities and conversation. Evaluations are still coming in, but the ones I have seen are all positive and staff are sharing that they obtained concrete skills that will help them be more effective in their work with clients/families. Meeting with Traci beforehand to review the content and make any needed adaptations to meet our specific needs was very helpful. She wanted to use situations that were applicable to our work and during the training asked for staff examples as well. I cannot think of anything that could be improved, and I look forward to finding other topics and opportunities to collaborate.
